Creation of specifications and technical projects

The Solving stage before we shall start. Huge Talmuds on all items are written. The structure of the purpose, a problem is described. And here now, after the final coordination of specifications and technical projects, we count cost of development, terms (we make the schedule) and we prepare for the contract.

The Further development is conducted strictly under specifications though, certainly, changes are possible, in coordination with the customer.
